Don't panic! In case of failure in the middle of a transaction, the automated system will mark it and will initiate the reversal. 4. How do I modify or cancel my reservation if my travel plans change? 

Just log into the portal and go to the “My Account” tab on the upper right hand corner. All your transactions will be displayed. Click the cancel button to select the specific trip that you wish to edit. The refund will be made according to the cancellation policy of that hotel.
